Sea View

This project develops a contemporary vertical architecture, conceived as an urban landmark open to the seascape. The slender volume is punctuated by deep loggias, sunshades and planted terraces, which structure the façades while responding to the tropical climate. The active base brings together shops, a restaurant, offices and two levels of parking, while the upper floors hold 50 homes widely turned towards the views. On the roof, planting continues this search for a bioclimatic, generous architecture integrated into the landscape
