Privacy

What we do with the information you entrust to us, and how to exercise your rights. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Data collected

The site only collects personal data when you use the form on the Contact page:

your name and email address;
your phone number, if you give it;
the subject of your request (project, job application, other) and your message.

No account is needed. The site uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising. As with any website, the host's servers may keep technical logs (IP address, pages requested) needed for their security.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your request: Pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the agency's legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
Reviewing your application: Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)).
Site security: Protection against automated submissions and technical logs: legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6(1)(f)).

Your data is never sold, rented or used to send you marketing.

Recipients

Your messages are stored in the site's administration area, which only authorised members of the agency can access. The following are also involved, solely to run the service:

the site's host (OVH S.A.S.);
where applicable, the email provider that forwards the notification of your message to the agency.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it or ask for its portability (GDPR, art. 15 to 21). You can also set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@mb-archi.com. We answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies and third-party services

The site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies.

The maps on the Contact page are drawn from OpenStreetMap data, served by OpenFreeMap. Displaying them sends your IP address to that service, as for any resource loaded from another site; they set no cookies. The "Google Maps" link opens Google's site, which is subject to its privacy policy.

The administration area uses a session cookie, reserved for the members of the agency who manage the site.
